Shipping & Return Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your item ships. While we aim to ship orders ASAP as they roll in, we do batch shipments on occasion. With that, all items purchased prior to Friday at 12pm PST will ship out that same Friday via USPS. If you place an order on a Saturday, for example, it is guaranteed to ship out the following Friday. As a small biz and a full time working mama, this is the best way for us to manage orders so we appreciate your patience! Shoot us an email or DM if you absolutely need an item quicker. A tracking number will be included with your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are in the hands of the shipper.
We will accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise, with all tags attached, within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Customer pays return shipping. We will send you a return label once your request has been approved. You may start a self serve return via your customer account. Please email or DM us if you have any issues with this new system! Sale items, accessories, beauty, and hats are final sale and will not be accepted for returns. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
Secondhand items are final sale. We list any noticeable wear on all secondhand items - please read the descriptions and look at all product photos carefully. We will not accept returns for secondhand items - we work hard to find the best quality pieces for resale and avoid any items with major defects. The beauty of secondhand is in the normal wear and tear - especially for denim!
