Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your item ships. While we aim to ship orders ASAP as they roll in, we do batch shipments on occasion when orders come in on days that the storefront is closed. Shoot us an email or DM if you absolutely need an item quicker. A tracking number will be included with your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are in the hands of the shipper.

We will accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise, with all tags attached, within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Customer pays return shipping. We will send you a return label once your request has been approved. You may start a self serve return via your customer account. Please email or DM us if you have any issues with this system! Sale items, accessories, beauty, and hats are final sale and will not be accepted for returns. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
